Remote Bubble Learning
For the January 2021 Lockdown:
The main weekly learning can be found on these links:
Self-isolation and Bubble closures:
Schools have been asked to make plans for providing remote education if needed. This means that if your child needs to stay at home, due to shielding or self-isolation, we will support you to continue learning.
Classteachers have put together a pack which can be used at home to continue learning. We do not intend that children spend all of their time at home learning from screens but the Internet has lots of useful resources. We have tried to give you ideas that might support children from different year groups at the same time to make it easier if you have limited access to the Internet.
The pack should have:
- an exercise book,
- Gingerbread Man sessions,
- Maths learning
- ‘extra ideas’
To access the links you will need to download the documents below. Gingerbread Man learning should be completed for the first period of self-isolation and Tigers should be completed during any second period of self-isolation.
Both sets should be enough to be completed in two weeks each time. If possible aim to complete 1 phonics session, 1 English session, 1 Maths task and something from the extra ideas each day. But also don’t worry if you can’t get it all done!
You can also access lots of links by looking at the school website https://www.ststephensinf.org.uk/learning-1/covid-19-home-learning
If you have any questions you can contact your child’s classteacher by emailing the office firstname.lastname@example.org
