26.1.22 SSGT - Gruffalo Auditions

A huge well done to all of the children who auditioned for SSGT in Gruffalo Class! You were all amazing, and it was a really close vote! Congratulations to the 4 acts who got through to the Year Group semi-final (date TBA). In no particular order, the acts going through are... Spencer... Shayla... Ariella... and....Harry!

20.1.22 Winter Morning

We went for our seasonal walk and looked for changes since our Autumn morning.

We created some snowy, winter pictures by using cool shades of white.

Welcome back to all the Gruffalos! An unusual discovery today - 3 chairs (one broken!), 3 bowls of porridge (one eaten!) and a trail of oats. What could have happened?!

We had lots of fun at our Christmas party today! Pass the Parcel, party food, dancing and games. Wishing you all a Happy Christmas!

26.11.21  Autumn Day

Today was Autumn Day at SSIS. We created a class word cloud, went for an Autumn walk, made leaf kebabs and created lots of Autumn art work!

22.9.21  Story time!

We love reading in Gruffalo Class! Every time we read a book, we give it a score out of 10 then put it in our reading area so we can enjoy it again. Here are some of the stories we've liked so far this term.
